Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times allow us to properly clean, inspect, and prepare each property before the next guest arrives. Check-in: 4:00 PM and Check-out: 10:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our direct booking cancellation policy is:

30+ days before check-in: Full refund
14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

House Rules

These Blue Ridge GA vacation rental policies are designed to keep each stay clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for every guest. To help protect the property and ensure a quiet, relaxing experience, please follow these house rules:

  • Primary guest must be 25 or older
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
  • No parties or events
  • No smoking or vaping on the property
  • No pets on the property
  • No EV or PHEV charging on-site
  • No shooting or hunting on the property
  • Firearms must remain secured inside the home
  • Trash must be placed in designated bins before check-out
  • Please do not touch Wi-Fi equipment
  • Please follow all posted hot tub and sauna instructions

Additional fees may apply for rule violations, damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets, or unauthorized EV/PHEV charging.

Pet Policy

We love animals, but pets are not allowed at Casita on the Ridge or Tiny on the Ridge. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the stay.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and platform policies. Guests are responsible for controlling the animal at all times, keeping it housebroken, picking up waste promptly, and covering any actual damage or extra cleaning caused by the animal. Service animals may not be left unattended unless permitted by applicable policy and handled safely.

Hot Tub Policy

Our private hot tubs are guest-favorite amenities. Please follow these rules for safe and enjoyable use:

  • No glass containers in or around the hot tub
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
  • Do not use the hot tub if you have medical concerns without consulting a doctor
  • Secure the hot tub cover with clips after each use
  • Follow all posted hot tub guidance
  • Report any issues immediately

Guests may be responsible for damage, misuse, or extra cleaning related to hot tub use.

Sauna Policy

Casita on the Ridge includes an in-suite infrared sauna. Guests must follow all posted sauna instructions. Please do not use the sauna if you have medical concerns without consulting a doctor. Children should not use the sauna without adult supervision.

Security Cameras

For guest safety and property protection, exterior cameras may monitor driveways, parking areas, and front entrances. There are no interior cameras inside either property.

Damage & Security Deposit

We ask guests to treat our Blue Ridge vacation rentals with care and respect. A security deposit or damage waiver may be required at booking. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be billed to the guest. Please report accidental damage or maintenance issues right away. We appreciate honesty and understand that accidents can happen.

Fees for Rule Violations or Excessive Cleaning

Additional fees may apply if house rules are not followed or if the property requires cleaning or repairs beyond standard turnover.

  • Smoking or vaping on the property: $200 fee
  • Unauthorized pets: $100 per night, minimum $300
  • Unauthorized EV/PHEV charging: $100 fee
  • Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover: $100 fee
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear: billed based on actual repair or replacement cost
